This weekend a friend and I got together for some good old fashioned cooperative gaming. Pounding on his door I woke dragged him out of bed at 7 PM and went out to pick up provisions at the grocery store. He was still a bit drunk off box wine and pretty adamant about how great it is however I picked up nice 12 pack of Red Stripe and hit the local video store to see what game we could grab. The decision was pretty quick when we spotted Army of Two: The 40th Day.

10 Absurd Boundaries
Picture this: your some mega hulking badass with a flaming sword, laser eyes, and super strength. You just slaughtered thousands of enemies and pulled the still beating heart from the chest of some mega boss. Despite all your evident awesomeness you still can't manage to make it over that rickety sheep pen fence. No, you've got to go find the gate key to get that glowing sword out of the center. Nevermind you can jump 8 feet in the air, only good that will do will cause some mime routine of you smashing your face on a big invisible nothing.Written by Citizen Alpha Sunday, 28 February 2010 19:39

I'll have to admit I was really looking forward to Borderlands after giving a lot of my gaming life to Fallout 3. I'm a sucker for post-apocalyptic RPG's, what can I say? I'm also a big fan of anything that features cooperative play because I'm always looking for an excuse to be slightly social while gaming so me and a friend picked up Borderlands and a bottle of Jack. Needless to say this recipe typically puts me a bit under the gun in forming a solid opinion and progressing in the game, I only have a few hours before we're both too retarded to play. Unfortunately, sober or drunk, Borderlands didn't deliver all that I had been expecting.

I’m not really all that certain where the renewed interest in the Goodfella’s 2.0 script has cropped up from, nevertheless it would appear I’ve got a lot of people asking me for it again. Maybe people are starting to get the GTA bug under their skin again and are looking for a place to play. I can’t say I’ve been active or interested at all with the current San Andreas Multiplayer scene so it’s hard to gauge what’s out there and what’s quality. If you’re interested in the GF2.0 script you can have it however I’ve got a couple things to say about it first. Read on for that information and the download link.
